	Graduate Student Researcher, Center for Environmental Research
	and technology, UCR CE-CERT, March to September 2005.
	Maintained and updated shared vehicle system.  Maintained and
	developed server software with database backend.  Maintained and
	updated client software, an embedded system on a microcontroller in
	each vehicle.  Built and repaired hardware for vehicles, specifically a 
	custom printed circuit board setup with GPS, wireless GPRS data
	transfer, and serial data acquisition from the vehicle's own systems.

	Failure Analysis Engineer, Quality Assurance Department, 
	International Rectifier, January 2004 to December 2004.
	Performed destructive and nondestructive failure analysis 
	techniques on failed semiconductor devices, including electrical 
	testing, X-ray and C-SAM imaging, chemical and mechanical 
	decapsulation and delayering, optical and electron miroscopy, and 
	EDS material analysis.  Reported on findings to customers, and 
	maintained lines of communication for questions regarding analysis
	performed or conclusions reached.

	Systems Administrator, Center for Research in Intelligent
	Systems, UCR, July to October 2002.
	Maintained mixed network of 25 computers, running all
	versions of Windows and SunOS and maintained a Solaris
	server rack, including all duties related to account
	maintenance, email and  tech support, troubleshooting,
	backups. Set up new hardware, restored crashes, archived
	data and purchased hardware and parts.

	Assistant Systems Administrator and Research Assistant,
	Department of Psychology, UCR, June 1997 to December 2000.
	Programmed visual stimuli for psychology experiments
	in C and OpenGL, analyzed results in Statistica, and main-
	tained network of 4 NT and 5 sgi machines, including account
	management, backups, new system installation, network
	troubleshooting and user training.
